There's nothing in the service pack that would have caused the errors. When was the last time (before this) you did a data integrity check?
Did the Rebuild button present itself? If so and you have made a current backup, click the button and it will try to fix the errors. When it's finished, run the DIC again. You're looking for it to report no errors.
