Has anything occurred recently that may have impacted this?

For example, was your GL data moved to another location? Was the data directory renamed? The reason I am asking specifically about the data is because the only issue that is known to return this exact error message is:

ISSUE:
The Financial Reporter won't open properly and will give the error message ?Adagio Financial Reporter must be started by Adagio General Ledger?.

OCCURRENCE:
This will happen if there are "blanks" in the data path to where your data is located.

For example, your data directory has the structure:

C:\MY ACCOUNTING DATA

RESOLUTION OPTIONS:
1) Remove the blanks
2) Shorten your path to 8 characters (with no blanks)
3) Use the DOS 8.3 Format of the path (which is the path shown when you do a dir in DOS)

Example :
Windows shows: MY ACCOUNTING DATA
DOS displays: MYACCTO~1

Windows: MY DATA
DOS: MYDATA~1

If this is not the case for you - please post back with any information on what has changed on the network, Server or your individual workstation, if anything.
