Since billing memos print using a specification that has been specifically designed for this purpose I would suggest to check this area first to see if anybody has changed the 'Default bill spec' from what is was before. This information can be found in the Billing Options screen of the Firm Profile. If the default spec is the same as it always is, did somebody modify the specification using the Maintain Specifications option?
What has changed since the last time they ran their billing memos? Did they enter anything differently? Did they change any other options in any of the Firm Profiles for the way Billing is done?
