An error 1342 can occur due to postings in related data (eg. AP, AR).

Please make a backup of BankRec and its Related Data. Then ensure your data integrity is clean in BR and all related data modules.

As well, you should run ChkSys on your workstation (and all others using Adagio) and ensure that Opportunistic Locking is turned off.
