The payables is active. I selected it and an error message pop up "UNKNOWN OS ERROR WHILE OPENING BANKREC AP RETRIVAL (1342). This also comes up when opening BankRec.

There is no batch is waiting to be retrieved.


Because my year end is not closed out i am unable to see the transactions.

Payables is turned on in the BankRec Co profile on the Integration tab.
