Hi Monique,
You'll see an announcement about a Service Pack for Inventory in the next couple of days that fixes this problem. I'm sorry for the delay. It turns out to have been a problem in Crystal Reports when the Item code contains "special characters" such as dashes and the item containing these characters is chosen as the ending iem number for the range you are trying to print.
If you need to get that report out sooner, you can get the range to print properly by choosing starting and ending item numbers that do not contain any such characters.
