It sounds like these reports are being printed directly from the QRWIN Designer - is that so? (ie rather than this being a compiled report?)

Has anything changed from when the reports were working as expected - or has this been happening since the reports were created?

Are the reports that exhibit this reporting on very large data, while the 'good' reports are smaller? If so, does this occur if you create a simple selection formula to narrow down the amount of data being reported on?

Does it seem to occur when reporting from a specific application? (For example, are the reports having this problem all OE reports or Sales Analysis reports?)

If QRWIN is being run from different workstations on a Network, do all stations that print the reports have this problem?

Have you tried creating a new report to see if this can be duplicated?

Have you tried re-installing QRW and/or redoing any workstation setups that were done before?
