we're on ver 8d - yes its old but, we're having issues with updating at this time and our consultants.
current year batches show no batches but, when you run a batch status report that's where you see the archive batch as being "open" under the status field. All other batches are either posted or deleted. Even after purging the batch status reports, this single batch is the only one left.
This is an archive batch. We have tried restoring the archive, which creates a new batch, then deleting that batch and the archive but still same results when you run batch status reports. Will post a link to the error soon if possible.
Data integrity check shows no errors.
