Hello Linda,

You can only edit fields that have no financial impact (text fields). Since there is a commission report by salesperson, this field is not one of the fields you can change.

To edit a posted invoice, click the Edit button on the Invoices tab. The fields you can change will be enabled (black text, not blue).
