How about just adding them on the fly when you want to place them on a PO? They'll all get added eventually.

Unless the program provides an import, there's no other way to get the data into its database. I guess you might be able to use some kind of Windows macro program to load the data, but that would probably take longer than just keying the items.

Where are the sundry items being imported from?
