I'm assuming you have Ledger v9 with service pack 20080402 installed. It is helpful f you list this information with your postings.

Contact your Adagio dealer and ask them for the April 30th hot fix. After installing backup your data and run the Data Integrity Check. It will detect these errors and give you the option to Rebuild. Click on the Rebuild button to fix the errors.
