Hi there - we are trying to email our invoices from OE. We have the email addresses entered in AR. We want to email the invoices from OE. The address shows in the customer information in OE, but when we put the invoice in the email queue, we receive an error that there is no email present - when we check the queue, the email address is gone.
BTW when we email statements in AR, it works fine.
Anyone else have this problem?
