As a work-around for this, get a copy of Cute PDF or one of the other freely available utilities to print to a PDF file.

Print the report to the PDF and use Adobe reader to print the pages you want at any time. You can even print odd and even numbered pages separately on the front and back of your paper and save even more trees!

If you want to distribute certain pages from the PDF to certain people in the company, you can even print the PDF to Cute PDF selecting just the pages you want and e-mail the report! No trees used at all! (Great for branch offices -- sorry, I could not resist the obvious play-on-words.)
