There could be something wrong with your AR data - have you performed a data integrity check? This should be done before going any further with your processing.
Apart from this advice, if you are referring to ACCPAC Plus AR and GL, then you should go to the PlusCommunity discussion forum for assistance, as those are not our products:

If however, you are having problems with Adagio Receivables and Ledger, then please submit another post to confirm this. Since you have not identified your Company Name or other information in your profile, I cannot look you up in our database to check on this.
