I have done more research and found the following:
[*]I removed the AI program on the workstation through the Control Panel
[*]I re-installed the workstation AI program
[*]This did not fix the problem. My hope was that a DLL got trashed.
[*]Let me describe the problem with more current information - If I click Email Queue, I get a slider bar across the bottom of the screen and the selection for Email Queue stays grayed out.
[*]If I bring up Check Data Integrity, don't run it, and close it down, the Email Queue selection goes from Grey to Black.

Could it be that something in the registry is damaged? Based on prior information about the email implementation from Softrak, the registry is used relative to email. I am not sure how to proceed.
