Is this a new workstation? Do you have the same thing happen if they are running Receivables from that workstation?

You said this happens when they access the Email Queue. Just to be certain, are you referring to the queue itself or the queue listing?

Has anything changed on that workstation recently?

I'm wondering why you're still running old versions of Adagio. The 8.1A versions of the programs you use were released six months ago.
