Imported bank statement on Adagio BANKREC has opposite signs from Adagio entries.

I reversed Deibt/Credit order on statement importing format, which solved the above problem, but I still need to undo the incorrect bank statement.

How can I reverse them?

From the imported statement panel, simply delete all the entries. Once you exit the Bank Reconciliation function, these entries will be removed and you can then proceed to import the correct bank statement.

In case you don't know how to delete imported bank statement entries, just select the desired entry(s) and press the delete key on the keyboard.

If you have imported multiple bank statements and just want to delete one import but not another, you can use the column editor to show the import sequence number. That way, you can differentiate between imports and select the desired entries to delete.

You'll find that the highlighting only works if you you select the first record then select the second and then holding the shift down and down arrow, you can highlight from the second, going down. Paging down with the shift doesn't work. If you have a lot of entries, the down arrow works but it is sensitive.

What we normally suggest is just auto generate the batch (using the prompt at the top). It will prompt you to post, (which you never want to post here until reviewing or checking the batch details), and you respond do not post. Then delete the unposted batch. Batches are free.
