We have asked the ETA from the Vendor side and still we haven't got any ETA. We will keep you posted as soon as possible.

Is there an ETA as to the length of the outage? Maintenance during production hours is not going over well with my clients on that list.

Jesse: I'm thinking that "server maintenance" is a euphemism.

I think so as well, half way thru the business day now, server is still down, zero updates. This thread should be updated hourly so these clients are aware of when their businesses can resume accounting operation or if they give up for the day.

Bruce: I'm thinking euphemism is a euphemism for CYA.

There has yet to be any official communication, but the server appears to be back up if anyone impacted is using this thread.
