Is there a guide on installing Adagio for a few users via RDS?

There aren't any published documents. Your best approach would be to call your Adagio consultant for advice.

Softrak is so anti-consumer it is annoying.

Softrak is a software developer. They choose to sell their software through Adagio consultants. They generally don't deal directly with end users. We consultants are very pro-consumer.

Our preferred Adagio installation is Remote desktop. We predict most of our Adagio clients in North America will be there within 5 years.

We have taken the largest Adagio sites in the world to Remote Desktop because this is an ideal operating solution for Adagio. And they love the stability and speed.

All of Lenmax clients are using RDS (sites with 25-55 Lanpaks). The main challenge in RDS setup is not how to install Adagio but how to choose hardware , apply (or do not apply) VM technology and configure server security and user sessions.
This is not Softrak task to provide. You need MS professional or experienced windows admin.
