Hello,

We are using Adagio Cloud and one of my users has created some useful GV workspaces for OE and IC. He would like to share these views with other users and he was sure there was a way to access these workspaces using OE and IC as opposed to launching GV prior.

If this is true, how would I go about this?

Create a Views folder beneath the \Softrak\Inventory folder and move the .gv and .gvs files there.

Thanks Steve. For testing purposes I created a .gv for IC and copied where you suggested. After playing Menu Maze for while I cannot find how to launch it. Its probably staring me right in the face ...

[EDIT] - Never mind, needed to restart Inventory. Thanks again for your help.

It must be a .gvs (a Workspace). A Workspace may contain only a single View if necessary.

Thanks Andrew. Just figured it out.

In Adagio Cloud, the user must have access to Cloud-Explorer, or Adagio Cloud Admin user will need to copy the file(s) in Adagio Manager.
Adagio Admin account can update user's settings to allow them access to the "Softrak\<Module>\Views folder if needed.

In Adagio Manager, click the "Manage" tab, then click on "Cloud Explorer" menu choice.

Cloud Explorer will open and then copy and paste the file(s) into the proper Softrak\Modules\Views folders.
