Thanks,

Mavis

Someone has deleted or moved your general ledger data. Check the Folder and extension on the log on screen.

Hi Andrew,

I think the GLGLOB file is missing. How can I get it back?

Thanks,

Mavis

Files don't just go "missing".

You should talk to your Adagio Consultant about what was going on and what procedure might be necessary to make sure that everything is put back to minimize disruption and expedite a recovery.

Hi Andrew,

Actually I got it back from our back up file. However, the Next batch and Next posting sequence are not updated. Is there anywhere I can update this information?

Thanks,

Mavis

Exactly. There's other stuff in there that needs to be synchronized. Why did GLGLOB "disappear"?

Yes. It is my fault. I deleted it by accident. Out IT person has to go to the recycle bin to get it back. Otherwise, I have to stay with those numbers if it is not conflict with other posted batches.

Thanks a lot & you are very helpful.

If he restored the correct one, then there shouldn't be a problem with the next batch and posting sequence numbers.
