If I have Adagio running at around 7:00pm each day, I can't exit the program since the screen is frozen with no responding. Once I enforced the program to close, I can log in and out with no problem. I asked our IT person to check if any other program is using the file from Adagio to cause this issue. But he told me that he did not have any problem from our end. Are there any issues involved in this?

The only thing in Adagio that can be schedule to run at a specific time is DataCare. Check the Company Profile Job Default tab to see if 'Run as a delayed job' has been selected. Another possibility is DataCare being run by Windows Scheduler at 7PM.
