I want to know the field name of the quantities by location and table name which include that field in Inventory module. Anyone can help?

Hi Mavis,

GridView installs a utility called 'DataDictionaryExporter.exe' into the \softrak\system directory. This utility is used to create an Excel file with a file and field list for an entire dictionary, such as Inventory.

This tool could create for you a list of all the Inventory files and the fields within each file. You can also see which file(s) contain a quantity field.

This utility also installs a help file, though it should be pretty easy to use.

Using it, you would see that the Inventory Quantities by Location data file is ICILOC'R.dat and the dictionary table name is IC Item Locations.
