We have three companies using Adajio. I can print customer statement for any customers. But in the exact same way, I can not print the statement in the other two. It says that no customers in the range. what happened?

Hello Jing Hui,

Try resetting your ranges to a blank starting range to all zeds in the ending range.

If that does not work, look at the ‘Choose balance by’ settings. Turn off ‘Select customers based on balance’.

Hi, Jing,

Did you delete any values that were in the Starting range, so that the Starting value is 'blank' and, in the Ending range fields, did you type a 'z' and hold the key down until no other zeds will print on the screen? Some of the fields require a different number of zeds in the Ending value fields than others.

Also, did you look in the 'Choose balance by' section and make sure that there is no 'checkmark' in the box next to 'Select customers based on balance'?

Are the values for 'Customers with balance between' zero and 9999? Is the 'Debit minimun' zero?

Also ensure that you don't have the 'Customers with selected statement' choice for determining the statement, if you don't have specific statement specs defined on customers. Pick the 'Use selected Specification' choice only.

As well, you'll want to ensure that each customer for whom you want to print a statement for has the 'Statements' option turned on in the Customer record on the Statements tab

I followed all the instructions. now I can print statements for those with statement option on in their customer records. when I go to the statement option, check the box, and click ok. and close the window, I found that some can not saved. when I open the window again they are still unchecked. It's so interesting that some customers can be saved. If you click ok, the window automatically closed, it is saved. if you have to close the window after click ok, then it is not saved.

Try clicking OK a second time if the window does not close itself.

Or, perhaps, click more slowly. (There are some windows settings that affect this: Start / Control Panel / Mouse)

I got it! I found that I have to check mark "print" of "send method" under statement option and "statement" then click ok, the window closes automatically and the option is saved. It works now!
