A prepaid cash entry was made in a cash batch and no available invoice was matched. The entry was treated as unapplied and then posted. This credit amount was not shown in the above report. I tested a similar entry with evaluation copy 8.0A (051124)and the credit amount was reported. It there a PTF for the above

The last service pack available for version 6.8B of Adagio Receivables was in May 2004. If this doesn't work for you, then the solution is to get the upgrade.

I have found the problem. The ARWININI file somehow got corrupted. The statement Starting customer balance=199.99 rather -999,999,999.99.

Glad you found the situation.

For others reading this, the 'remember report settings' option in the company profile was enabled for this client, and the last time the report was run, 199.99 was used as the starting balance. The ARWININI was not corrupted, but simply the last used value was saved.

These values can be cleared out by simply disabling the 'remember report settings' checkbox, save the change, then go back and trun it on again.
