Recently updated our computers to Windows 8.1-64 bit. Everything except Ledger reinstalled and works fine. Ledger seems to be stuck in an install loop and when it opens, it kicks off the WKSETUP.exe. We click through the windows, it says it installed; however, each time we try to open, it starts the install again. Any help??

Sounds like something is not getting updated during the install. This is difficult to troubleshoot over the forum. Your Adagio Consultant should be able to help you out.

Hi, Karen,

Would you drill down on the server to the Softrak\System\GetAdagioWorkstationInfo.exe and run it? Select to Get Information for Adagio Ledger and the Get Info button. Then, select the Copy to Clipboard button and paste the results into an email for support@softrak.com

Or, contact your Adagio dealer/consultant and send them the results, as they would be able to give you a hand on this.
