Would you drill down on the server to the Softrak\System\GetAdagioWorkstationInfo.exe and run it? Select to Get Information for Adagio Ledger and the Get Info button. Then, select the Copy to Clipboard button and paste the results into an email for support@softrak.com
Or, contact your Adagio dealer/consultant and send them the results, as they would be able to give you a hand on this.
