Can you increase the number of characters to print?

If the question is that you are able to enter the full customer and reference into your orders, but they are not completely printing on a form, then the answer is yes, and the change is to modify your form specifications to increase the width of the customer and reference field object to fit all of the text within the database field.

If the question is that you want to print more characters than what currently fits, because the text you want to enter exceeds the maximum number of characters allowed, then the answer is no. There is a hard cap to the number of characters allowed to be entered, which cannot be changed/increased.

If the question is that you want to type a default value for the customer or reference fields on the Entry Template, and though you can type everything in, the entire text doesn't fully display, perhaps because the text was entered in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, then the answer is no, where the area on the screen for displaying the text cannot be widened, at least not with a change to the program.
