I am would like to run a report to see what is on open PO
I am confused where to find this info, Can you tell me the Table name I would find this info in

Here are the fields I am looking for
Document Number
Document Type
Order number
Order Date
Vendor Number
Line Ty
Item Number
Desciption
Quanity orginally ordered
Quanity Received
Unit Purchase price
Discount percentage
Discount Amount
Extended order price

Hi Henry,

As Andrew posted in another thread, the best way to find where information can be found in a GridView table is to use the DataDictionaryExporter.exe utility (found in the \Softrak\System directory). This creates a spreadsheet of all tables and fields within.

Even if your report is in Crystal Reports, this utility will still be useful for looking up which table contains desired fields.

These fields will be in either the PO Header or PO Detail files. If you are using GridView and want everythin in a single view window, you will require one of the Composite tables (these tables within the PO dictionary start with 'IR Comp').
