We are currently using both Sales Quoting and Order Entry. Is there a way of identifying if a quote is present in order entry rather than moving from one application to the other. sometimes products are quoted months prior to an order being placed.

Your question needs clarification. Do you mean that you're not sure if the document exists as a quote or as an order so you are looking for a single view where you can see all open order and all open quotes?

Adagio Order Entry will not list quotes that exist in Adagio SalesCQ. To see quotes, you have to either open Adagio SalesCQ and the quote function, or use a custom report or inquiry that you could load from Order Entry. Either way, a separate process is necessary to see the quotes - there is no 'View Quotes' function directly built into OE.

If you are on current versions and you are inquiring on one specific customer then you might get close to what you are looking for using the transaction tab on the customer inquiry.
