Hi All,

I've designed a specification that has a comments section in it. I use the field D2 Item Description in this comment section to display the comment in the order.

The comment in the order is created by creating a new line item, choosing 'comment' on the detail type.

The invoice spec is picking up the comment for some invoices, but not others.

Any ideas why this would happen?

That definately tells me what's going on.

So does this mean if I choose to display 0 qty shipped items, that the comments that appear after will appear?

If so, how do I display 0 qty shipped items?

Going forward we'll just put the comments first, but there are some old invoices i need to get out with comments on them (that have backorders on them).

Open the Company Profile and look on the "System Options" tab. Towards the bottom of the screen is an option called "Suppress zero qty on invoices". If you remove the check-mark, even lines with Shipped = 0 will appear on the Invoice.

Is there anyway to move the lines around on an invoice, ie so I can put the comments first on something already invoiced?
