We have been waiting for our current year download for the NFR version for the last three weeks. No reply has been received on email and through the website. We have left numerous voice mails to contact our company so that we can expedite the situation. No reply has been received.

We have paid for our subscription for the year and have been using the program with minimal issues over the last 10 years. We have over 40 customers that we provide service to with this program. If we do not get a response back shortly from the company we will have to consider migrating permanently to a more responsive program.

Has anyone else had this issue? No idea how else to contact the company besides emails and phone calls. Please help.
