I have seen many times these errors when running Datacare unattended.
I was going to blame the network but these errors also are happening in a TS environment.
I found the cause of these errors and I was able to recreate it in Sample data:

Edit an Archive Batch
Highlight and copy only some of the items on the batch
Copy them to Current, do not revise the document number, copy to one New Batch.

And run DIC.

All the vendors in the new batch have the error message Ophan open Document.
