A client who gets the following error when attempting to send invoice(s) from Order Entry:
"There was an error attempting to send the email: SSL negotiation failed."
This came to light earlier this week. They have never had an issue before until some Windows updates were applied and the server was rebooted by their IT guys and they have had issues ever since.
To be clear they can still send the invoices (they get to the queue) but it is not automatic as it was before. In most instances whether sending 1 email or a whole bunch at one time they get this error. Only after continuing to click OK and trying again they will eventually go through.
We have tried all three options - MAPI, Direct and Outlook - and each option we get this error.
So not sure if anyone has run into this issue? Or what if anything can be done on the Adagio side of things.
They are currently running OE V9.3A(201201) so they are behind on an update but not sure applying the update will have any affect if any on this issue.
It happens on all workstations and they are running Office 365 FWIW.
