The LanPak expired on 5/14/2020. I received a receipt from Softrak for our renewal on 5/15/2020 at 10:00 AM. I have not received any activation codes to apply. As of today, 5/17/2020 no users can access Adagio over the network. I feel that the lanpak expiration is probably the root cause. Since it is the weekend, I am not getting response from my adagio reseller or softrak, but later today I will be having users enter trouble tickets because they can't connect. What do I do? UPDATE The reseller has connected and we are troubleshooting it now. Thanks for your input
