Hello Support:
A client is encountering the "Print engine not found" message when trying to run a Crystal-based report from OE 8.1F.
- This is occurring on just 1 user's computer - there are 6 others with no print problems
- All other modules are 9.2A or 9.2B (OE is lagging due to EDI compatibility)
- The problem started when they moved to a new server last week
- I installed (not copied) the existing versions to the new server (from a workstation, but not the one with the print problem)
- Ran ALLWKST on each computer
- While the version #'s were identical, the new downloads had been "service-packed"
- On the old server the Softrak folder was on the G: drive, now on the R: drive
- The R:\Softrak\System\WIN32\crpe32.dll file is there
- The R:\Softrak\System\WIN32\x64\crpe32.dll file was missing so I copied it in from my computer - no improvement
Questions: Where does OE 8.1F get its print engine from? Since other users are OK, could it be a LAN permissions issue?
