In OrderEntry (I checked versions 8.1F and 9.2A), when you print a form, under Destination Options there are three possible Destinations - Screen, Printer and File. In CQ, there are only two possible Destinations - Screen and Printer.
With the (soon to be released I hope) next version of SalesCQ can you make it consistent with the way OrderEntry works. I have a client whose users are in the habit of selecting File and then PDF, and they would rather not have to train their users to select the Setup button to select a PDF printer, both for reasons of training consistency and also because they don't want their users to pick the wrong printer.
And besides, in theory, it's best if all modules work similarly to the extent it makes sense.
