I am having a problem running DIC in AR 160226. After posting the invoice & cash batches from OE 160125 today and posting them in AR, then AR with DIC running stopped responding after the both batches were posted and DIC reached "Checking Cash Batch". I restored the data to the point before posting the 2 batches from OE and DIC completed normally in both OE & AR without errors before the batches were posted to AR. After they were posted to AR from OE, DIC stops responding at the "Checking Invoice Batch" item in AR. This is without posting either of them in AR. The computer has been left to see if it would complete the task for about 10-15 minutes but Task Manager still reports "Not Responding". I took the backup data home & installed it on my home computer with the same Softrak configuration & get the same result on the second computer.
Any ideas why AR can't complete DIC after the Cash & Invoice batches reach AR or are posted in AR? The HDD light does not show any HD activity on the computer when the program stops responding. There have been no DIC problems in recent memory.
