We have detected a minor problem with printing out our invoices in Order Entry recently and we would like to get your input on how to solve the situation.
When we print out our invoices from our preview page, the information in some of the columns does not print, but when we print them out from the regular print page, the information appears.
Since we use the preview page often to print out multiple invoices continuously , we really need to resolve this.
This happens to only one data set out of five that we have. Other four branches have no problem printing from preview screen.
It would be much appreciated if you could give us your advice.
