Using 8.1B (100505).

We hardly ever use this program but I wanted to try it today to see who are top 20 customers are. I loaded the "Top 20 Customers (YTD $) Sales" that is provided by Softrak but it does not seem to be working anymore. It takes forever to load, then it loads all of our customers that have amounts above zero, instead of just 20. How do I fix this?
