I am on a pre-paid plan and I am unable to view past webinars.

On the left under User Login, it states I am logged in, yet when I select the webinar I want to view, I am required to log in again.

When I log in again, this is what I see

.WMV format may require Windows Media Player or equivalent to view.

When I press the play video, it takes me to the Adagio homepage.

Why is this?
