This issue about email setup has jumped up and bitten me again. My client has added a new company with emailed invoices and statements. We want the "from name" to be the name of the correct company.

I understand that the email setup information is stored in the registry and we have gone the rounds on this in the past. I am looking at adding a brand new (separate) client and he wants his invoices and statements emailed through his mail server. Now either I can change userID's when I log on or update the email setup everytime I want to send invoices and statements. I still contend that the information needs to be by Adagio company.

This is the 3rd time my customer has had unkind words with me over this issue because we accidently send the emails (invoices & statements)with wrong sender server or sender name.

It appears that I am in a lose-lose situation with this issue with no solution availabe. This issue is going to continue to become more complex as I add clients who like the facillities that I can provide them with Adagio.
