Our network contains many servers. We use virtual drives on the servers. Softrak is installed in \\accounts\softrak. We have mapped a Drive letter G to the this so the path is:
G \\accounts\softrak. The software doesn't recognize this kind of drive configuration and returns the error message \\accounts\SOFTRAK\ALWIN\WKSETUP Because you are not using a drive letter as part of the path (such as C: or F:) then install is unable to properly check all valid settings. Please try running this program using standard drive letters.

Question: How can we get around this to allow the software to run on our network?
