I know the answer is yes, but I need someone to open my eyes.

What formula do I use in a FR spec so that the column heading says (Provisional) if the Provisional "P" icon is toggled on?

In other words, I want the heading to toggle between "Actual" and "Actual (Provisional)" as the icon is toggled.
