Right now I have three company ledgers running. In the last two days I have gotten an error message in one of them that says basically that the user does not have a valid security group set up. What I did yesterday was to log in using sys create another group with the exact same security settings as the original on and changed the users over. This morning I tried to log into that company and got the same error message. I logged in as SYS and swapped back to the original security settings and it let me in no problem. I ran a Data Integrity check and had no errors. Any idea as to what is going on?

The error message reads “Unable to login. Group admin assigned to user SH is not valid. It is happening with two of the three accounts right now.

In SYS, I made a second group with the same privileges as the original one, switched the user to the new one. I logged in with no problem. Then, using SYS, I immediately changed the user back to the original one and had no problem logging in. It is not just my user having problems.
