I am working on tool to extract account balances from Adagio and I have some questions.

I will be using the G/L Account Net Changes table and I assume that fields CurrentYearNetTrxPeriod1 to 14y are the activity in that month.

The data dictionary exporter for "Net Changes" shows the fields Acct, Dept and Division but the GridView for that table only shows Acct and Dept. I assume an Acct can belong to a dept in a division?
How does this show up in GridView?

The Data dictionary exporter shows the fields FiscalYear and FiscalYear2FY which one is displayed in GridView?

All the table appears to have an Active column, if an account is not active would it still be used in historical trial balances?
