Client has 20131127 release - After running year end the Reconciliation posting sequence was not reset to 1.

At our last year end we had 20130811. Checking my database I have the same problem.

Tried the task on sample data using 20140117. Posting sequence was reset to 1 (but now that I think about it I never checked to see if it was higher than 1 before doing year end).

Looking at the list of things that were fixed I don't see mention of this issue.

Before investigating this issue further I'm hoping someone might be familiar with this issue and let me know what is going on.
