Ever since we move to PO 8.1C we keep getting "Access violation at address 00404EFA in module 'PurchaseOrders.exe'. Read of address 0A2D3EBF" error message.

I've applied to most current service pack and still didn't resolve the issue.

This are the step that is being made:
1. Open a PO
2. Received the items
3. Type in the Delivery note number
4. Post
5. (It will then ask if we want to print the reciept) Yes
6. The print window option pops out and another pop up window with error message comes right after.

Can someone please help?
