I have a client's backup for their Payables module. When I try to print or even preview any report at all from the module, nothing happens. The print options screen opens and it shows "Creating Work File" but then nothing prints, nor can I just preview the reports. While trying to troubleshoot, I opened a different client's Payables data and reports print just fine. I contacted the first client and confirmed that she is not having any issues printing on her end.
I have run a Data Integrity Check and it says the data is OK. Do you have any suggestions on how I can fix this? I'm wondering if the backup she sent is corrupt?
