Hi All,

Something strange has occurred while attempting to print a purchase order. Everything was fine after installation, during and after training as well.

However now the client is attempting to print purchase orders a message keeps coming up stating there is nothing in the range to be printed. They ensured that the option to Reprint Purchase Orders already printed is selected and still same message comes up.

I checked their profile, and print options even the specifications and nothing seems different. I took a back up and on my computer didn't have any issues printing; my previews came up both in the PO and from documents, which is not the case at the client.

Can someone assist in pointing me to a solution?
